Application

1. STAIN REMOVAL IN GREY GOODS
For light to medium stains
Treat the grey fabric is treated with
 
Sulfanol WTI Liquid 8.0 – 10.0 gm/lit
In jigger for 4 – 6 ends at temperature 70-75°C

For heavy stains,

Treat the fabric is first padded with,
Sulfanol WTI Liquid 30.0 – 50.0 gm/lit
For 8 – 12 hrs and then scoured with,  
Sulfanol WTI Liquid 2.0 – 3.0 gm/lit
At 70 – 80°C for 30 minutes  

2. Bleaching of polyester and its blends, cotton hosiery fabric
Sulfanol WTI liquid 0.5 – 0.75%
H2O2(50%) 1.0 – 2.0%
Caustic soda flakes 2.0 – 3.0 %
Treat at boil for 1 – 2 hrs.  

3. Reduction clearing of dyed / printed polyester and its blends

Light shades
Sulfanol WTI liquid 1.0 – 2.0 gm/lit
Treat at 70°C for 15 – 20 min  
Heavy shades  
Sulfanol WTI liquid 2.0 – 4.0 gm/lit
Caustic soda flakes 2.0 – 4.0 gm/lit
Treat at 70- 80°C for 20 – 25 min.  

4. Cleaning of HTHP machine
 
Sulfanol WTI liquid 3.0 – 5.0 gm/lit
Caustic soda flakes 2.0 – 3.0 gm/lit
Sodium hydrosulphite 1.0 – 2.0 gm/lit
