Sulfanol WDLF

Sulfanol WDLF is a low foam high performance detergent for cotton,synthetics and blended fabrics in high turbulent machines.It is also used effectively on continuous processing systems.

Features
§ Sulfanol WDLF is ideally suited for scour bleaching of garments before dyeing due
to its low foaming nature
§ Sulfanol WDLF has stability over a wide range of pH that ensures versatile
application in scouring ,demineralization ,desizing,scouring and bleaching .
§ Sulfanol WDLF does not need Defoamer/antifoaming agents that are temperature
sensitive and which can disintegrate under high shear conditions.

Synergistic blend of fatty alcohol Ethoxylates.
Solubility Miscible with water in all concentration .
Compatibility Stable over a wide range of pH and stable to hard water
and bleaching chemicals.

Store in a cool dry place. Stable under normal conditions.

Application


1. Cold pad batch desizing

For desizing by cold pad batch method for woven cotton and PES cotton blends
Sulfanol WDLF 2-3g/l
Sulfazyme A5X 2-3g/l is padded at R.T with 90-100% pick up and batched for 12hrs or overnight and washed at boil.

2.Hot pad-steam desizing

In hot pad –steam desizing method
Sulfanol WDLF 2-3g/l
Sulfazyme A5X 2-3 g/l is padded at 800C with 90-100%
Expression and steamed at 1000C for 20 minutes followed by washing at boil.

3. Hot pad-batch desizing

In hot pad –batch desizing method
Sulfanol WDLF 1-2g/l
Sulfazyme A5X 5-10g/l is padded at 70-800C with
90-100% expression and batched for 12hrs or overnight on roll with polythene covering and washed at boil.
4.Processing of of PES& blends
For batch processing of PES & its blends
Sulfanol WDLF 0.5-1.0g/l
Soda ash 5.0g/l
Sodium per borate 2.0g/l at 950C for 15 min with 1:10 MLR .

5.Combined scour bleaching

For processing of cotton hosiery or terry towel on winch or soft – flow machines
Sulfanol WDLF 0.5-1.0 g/l
Caustic soda Flakes 2.0-3.0 g/l
Sulfaxil HTS 0.5-0.6 g/l
Sulfaxil OS 6-7 g/l
Hy Peroxide 50% 2.5 –3.0g/l
Sulfaxil LUBE 0.5-0.6g/l at 950C for 30 minutes with MLR 1:10

6 Continuous processing
Sulfanol WDLF 2-4 g/l
Caustic soda Flakes 8-10g/l g/l
Sulfaxil OS 5 -6 g/l
Hy Peroxide 50% 25-30 g/l steamed at 1000C for 20 min followed by washing off at boil.
