Sulfanol NIW Liquid


An excellent non-ionic wetting cum scouring agent.

Application:

PREWETTING
Sulfanol NIW Liquid 0.5-2.0 g/lit

Machine: JIGGER
Enzymatic desizing
 
Sulfanol NIW liquid 0.5 – 2.0 gm/lit
Sulfazyme A5X liquid 0.7 – 1.5 % (owf)
Common salt 10 – 15 gm/lit
Treat at 60 – 80°C by adjusting pH to 6.0 to 7.0 for 30-60 min.

Scouring of cotton
 
Sulfanol NIW liquid 0.5-2.0 gm/lit
Caustic soda flake 1.5-2.0 %
Sulfaxil LTS-N liquid 0.5-1.0 %
Treat at 90 - 95°C for 1-2 hours  

Scouring of Wool
 
Sulfanol NIW liquid 1.0-2.0 gm/lit
Soda ash 1.0-2.0 gm/lit
Treat at 55-600C for 30-45 mins  

Bleaching
A) READY TO DYE
 
Caustic soda flakes 2.5-3.0 %
H2O2 (50%) 2.0 - 3.0 %
Sulfaxil OS liquid 1/4th of H2O2 used
Sulfaxil LTS-N liquid 0.3-0.5 %
Sulfanol NIW liquid 0.5-2.0 gm/lit
Treat at 95°C for 1-2 hours  

B) Full white

Hypochlorite bleach
 
Available Chlorine 1.0-3.0 gm/lit
Sulfanol NIW liquid 0.5-1.0 gm/lit
Treat at Room Temperature for 30 – 60 min

Peroxide bleaching
 
Sulfanol NIW liquid 1.0-2.0 gm/lit
Caustic soda flakes 2.0-3.0 %
H2O2 (50%) 3.0-6.0 %
Sulfaxil OS liquid 0.5-1.5 %
Sulfaxil LTS-N liquid 0.2-0.5 %
Treat at 95°C for 60-90 mins  

C)One bath scour-bleach (discontinuous)
Sulfanol NIW liquid 1.0-2.0 gm/lit
Caustic soda flakes 2.0-3.0 %
H2O2 (50%) 3.0-4.0 %
Sulfaxil OS liquid 1/4th of H2O2
Sulfaxil LTS-N liquid 0.5-1.0 %
Treat at 95°C for 60-90 mins
