Sulfanine USIL Liquid

Sulfanine USIL liq. is a non-yellowing hydrophilic softener with soft, smooth and silky touch.

§ Suitable for all type of substrate.
§ It can be used in high turbulent machine like soft flow and Jet.

Clear transparent to pale yellow liquid.

Composition

Modified polysiloxane.
Compatibility Stable to hard water and compatible with dilute acids, nonionic and anionic products and all types of finishing agents
Product Dilution Easily diluted in cold water.

Storage
Store in a cool dry place. Container should be tightly closed when not in used.

Application

1. By exhaust process
Sulfanine USIL liq. 2.0-4.0% OWF
Sulfanine EY-SL liq. 0.5-1.0%
pH 4.5-5.5
Temperature 40-450C
Time 15-20 Minutes
MLR 1:6-1:8
Dry at 100-1300C

2. By padding method
 
Sulfanine USIL liq. 10-15 gpl
Sulfanine CS liq 5-10 gpl
Pad -Dry at 110-1200C–Cure at 1500C for 1mins.
