Sulfanine PWS Liquid

Sulfanine PWS Liquid is a unique softener in liquid form, which offers good softness on all natural and synthetic fabrics . This softener can also withstand washing treatment unlike other cationic softeners.

Fatty acid amide condensate.
Solubility Easily dilutable with warm water in all proportions .
Compatibility Stable to hard water and compatible with dilute acids,
nonionic and anionic products and all types of finishing agents



Storage
Store in a cool dry place. Stable under normal conditions.

Application
1.By exhaust process
Sulfanine PWS Liquid can be applied by exhaust process at 0.5-3% OWF at 50-600C for 30 min maintaining a pH of 5-5.5, with MLR 1:10.

2.By pad process
Sulfanine PWS Liquid can be applied by padding at 10-30g/l with 70-80%
pick up depending upon the finish required at pH 4 and dried at 110-1200C .
