a 20% solution of the product
for easy usage add 20kg
of Sulfanine NIS Flakes
to 80 lire of warm water
under stirring till a homogenous
paste is formed. |

Application
1.By exhaust process
For exhaust application 3-4%
owf of diluted Sulfanine
NIS Flakes is to be
used at 45-50°C for 30min
followed by hydro extract and
drying at 110-120ºC .
2.By padding process.
For pad application 20-40g/l
of diluted Sulfanine
NIS Flakes is padded
at 40ºC with 80% pick up
and then dried at 110-120ºC.
The concentration may vary depending
upon the softness required and
the substrate.
3.Garment
Processing
For finishing of dyed garments
3-4% owf of diluted Sulfanine
NIS Flakes is
applied at 50-60ºC for
30min and hydro extracted.
