Sulfanine MAS Liquid

Sulfanine MAS liq. is micro amino silicone emulsion, which gives silky soft feel with bulkiness to the fabric.

§ Sulfanine MAS liq. does not react with optical brightening agent.
§ Sulfanine MAS liq. is stable in hard water and wide range of pH.

Composition

Amino micro silicone emulsion.
Compatibility Stable to hard water and compatible with dilute acids, nonionic and anionic products and all types of finishing agents
Product Dilution Easily diluted in cold water.

Storage
Store in a cool dry place. Containter should be tightly closed when not in used.

Sulfanine CWS flakes (10%) 1.0-2.0%
pH 4.5-5.5
Temperature Room temperature
Time 15-20 Minutes
MLR 1:6-1:8
Dry at 100-1300C

2. By padding method

Sulfanine MAS liq.

5-20 gpl
Sulfanine NIP 10-20 gpl
Pad -Dry –Cure at 1500C
