Dilution |
To prepare
a 10% solution of the product
for easy usage, Add 10kg
of Sulfanine HWS Flakes
to 88 litre of water at
80ºC under stirring
till a homogenous paste
is formed. Cool the material
and add under stirring 1kg
acetic acid diluted with
1 litre water to get a pH
of 5-5.5 |
Storage
Store
in a cool dry place. Stable
under normal conditions.

Application
1.By
Exhaust process
For exhaust application 3-4%
owf of diluted Sulfanine
HWS Flakes used
at 40-450C for 30 min maintaining
a pH of 5-5.5.
2.By Pad process
For pad application 25 to 50
g/l of diluted Sulfanine
HWS Flakes is padded
at 400C maintaining a pH of
5-5.5.
3.Garment Processing
For finishing of dyed garments
3-4% owf of diluted Sulfanine
HWS Flakes is applied at 50-600C
for 30 min and hydro extracted
.
