DR is a thermo stable micro-emulsion
for spun/ spun , spun /textured
shirting, suiting, dress material
and garments. The product is
aideal softner suited for both
woven and knitted fabrics.

Application
1.Exhaust
application Sulfanine
DR can be applied by exhaust
process at 1-3% (owf) at
6-7 pH at 35-450C for 20-25
minutes
2.Pad application
Sulfanine DR can also be applied
by padding at 20-40 g/l at
6 -7 pH depending upon the finish
required with 60-70% pick- up
and drying at 140-190degC.
