Application
1.By
exhaust process
Sulfanine DM
can be applied by exhaust process
at 2-3% owf along with
cationic softeners at 5.0-5.5
pH 70-90ºC for 20 min hydro
extract and dry
2.By padding process
Sulfanine DM
can also be applied by padding
at 15—30 g/l at 5.0-5.5 pH
with 70-80% expression depending
upon the finish required
3.Resin Finishing
Sulfanine DM
can also be applied along with
resin 4-8 % by exhaust
along with polyethylene emulsion
and catalyst.
