Dilution |
For preparation
10% solution of the product
for easy usage . Add 10kg
of Sulfanine CWS Flakes
to 88 litre of cold water
under stirring till a homogenous
paste is formed. Add under
stirring 1kg acetic acid
diluted with 1 litre water
to get a pH of 5-5.5 |
Storage
Store in a cool dry
place. Stable under normal conditions.

Application
1.By
exhaust process
For exhaust application 3-4%
owf of diluted Sulfanine
CWS Flakes used at
45- 500C for 30 min maintaining
a pH of 5-5.5, followed by hydro
extraction and
drying at 110-1200C
2.By pad process
For pad application 25 to 50
g/l of diluted Sulfanine
CWS Flakes is padded
at
40ºC maintaining a pH of
5-5.5 with 80% pick up and then
dried at 110-120ºC.
3.Garment
Processing
For finishing of dyed garments
3-4% owf of diluted Sulfanine
CWS Flakes is
applied at 50-600C for 30 min
and hydro extracted.
