Sulfaxil NFX

Sulfaxil NFX is a non-formaldehyde based high performance dye fixing agent to enhance the wet fastness properties of direct and reactive dyed/printed cellulosic fabrics.

Features
§ Sulfaxil NFX is anEcofriendly dye-fixing auxiliary, which can be used for premium goods
without the drawbacks of conventional dye –fixers.
§ Bleeding and staining of adjacent fabrics is prevented when dyed fabrics are treated with
Sulfaxil NFX.
§ Sulfaxil NFX has minimal effect on the light fastness properties of coloured substrates
unlike conventional dye-fixers.
§ Sulfaxil NFX reduces dye migration during drying operations

Application
1. Batch Process.
For batch wise treatment dyed fabrics is soaped to remove the loose unfixed
dye and Sulfaxil NFX is added at 0.5-2.5% OWF and circulated at 25-400C
for 20minutes after making the pH of the bath 5.5-6.5

2. Continuous application
For continuous process the dyed fabric is soaped to remove the unfixed dye
and Sulfaxil NFX is applied by padding with 10-30g/l at 25-400C after
making the bath mildly acidic (5.5-6.5).
