Sulfaxil G AcidLiquid

Sulfaxil G ACID liq. is an acid buffer for dyeing that replaces acetic acid. Additionally it is an effective core alkali neutralizer. Ensures complete removal of residual alkali from core of cotton and polyester fabric.


Your Advantage

· Maintain the pH of dyeing bath throughout the process because of its non- volatile nature.

Application

Disperse Dyeing:
Sulfaxil G ACID liq. 0.5-1.0 gpl
Run at 1300C for 45-60 mins  
Core Alkali Neutralisation:  
Sulfaxil G ACID liq 1.0-2.0 gpl
Treat at Room Temperature for 10-15 mins  
Neutralisation done after scouring and bleaching treatment
Acid Dyeing on Nylon and Wool:  
Sulfaxil G ACID liq. 0.5- 1.0 gpl
Run at 90-950C for 45-60 mins  
Neutralisation of reactive dyed goods:  
Sulfaxil G ACID liq 0.5- 1.0 gpl
Neutralised at Room Temperature for 10-15 mins
Neutralisation is done after hot wash
