§ Bleeding and staining

FX.
§ Light fastness properties
of direct and reactive dyes
are affected if Sulfaxil FX
is used
in excess proportions .Also
after treatment of very pale
shades should be avoided as
it
may lead to reduction in light
fastness property.
§ Sulfaxil FX reduces dye
migration during drying operations.

Application
1. Batch Process.
For batch wise treatment dyed
fabrics is soaped to remove
the loose unfixed
dye and Sulfaxil NFX
is added at 0.5-2.5%
OWF and circulated at 25-400C
for 20minutes after making the
pH of the bath 5.5-6.5

Continuous application
For continuous process the dyed
fabric is soaped to remove the
unfixed dye
and Sulfaxil NFX
is applied by padding with 10-30g/l
at 25-400C after
making the bath mildly acidic
(5.5-6.5).
