Sulfaxil ECOX

Sulfaxil ECOX is an effective oxidizing agent capable of oxidizing all Sulphur and Vat dyes from the leuco to the insoluble state both in the garment and fabric form.

Application
1.Washing Process before oxidation.
Ensure that the excess alkali and reducing agent if any in the bath is removed
for uniform and consistent oxidation.

2.Batch Process
For batch application of sulphur and vat dyes using jigs, jets, beams 1.0-2.0% Sulfaxil ECOX (owf) is generally recommended with equal quantity of glacial
acetic acid.

3.Continuous process.
For continuous process 2.0 – 8.0 g/l of Sulfaxil ECOX can be used along with equal quantity of glacial acetic acid depending on the type of dyes, depth of shade and time of exposure.
