Application
1.Washing Process before
oxidation.
Ensure that the excess alkali
and reducing agent if any in
the bath is removed
for uniform and consistent oxidation.
2.Batch Process
For batch application of sulphur
and vat dyes using jigs, jets,
beams 1.0-2.0% Sulfaxil
ECOX (owf)
is generally recommended with
equal quantity of glacial
acetic acid.
3.Continuous process.
For continuous process 2.0 –
8.0 g/l of Sulfaxil
ECOX can be used along
with equal quantity of glacial
acetic acid depending on the
type of dyes, depth of shade
and time of exposure.
