Sulfaxil AD

Sulfaxil AD is a high performance eco friendly fastness improver during coloration with good chelating ,dispersing action on metal impurities present in the process water.

Features
§ Sulfaxil AD has good chelating power for alkaline earth and heavy metals under wide
range of pH, eliminates the bad effects of hardness forming salts.
§ Washing off of dyeing and prints with Vat, sulphur, reactives with Sulfaxil AD helps
to improve the wet and dry rub fastness of dyed substrates.
§ Sulfaxil AD eliminates the negative effect of water hardening substances.

Solubility Soluble in water at all proportions and concentrations.

Application

1.Preparation Bath
Sulfaxil AD
1-2g/l l is added to the processing liquor depending upon the hardness of water and the metal impurities present.

2.Dye bath
Sulfaxil AD
0.5 - 2g/l is added to the bath during dyeing operation to soften the water and to improve the colour depth of the substrate.
