Application
1.Preparation
process
Sulfanol WRW
is applied at 0.1-0.5g/l in
the pretreatment bath
before desizing,scouring &
bleaching for rapid and uniform
wetting .
2.Garment
processing
0.5g/l Sulfanol WRW
is added to processing
bath for quick wetting
of denim and heavy fabrics like
bottom weights.
0.5-1.0g/l Sulfanol
WRW is added to processing
liquor in the drum
during bleaching of ready-made
garments for good wetting and
uniform
penetration .
3.Printing
Sulfanol WRW is applied as rewetting
agent in case of printing
or pad application.The cloth
is applied with 1.0-2.0g/l of
the product
before final drying which makes
the fabric more absorbent .
4.Dyeing
For boiling out for packages
like chesses,cones,beams Sulfanol
WRW
is used at 0.5-1.0g/l for uniform
wetting .
