Sulfanol NSIL
Sulfanol NSIL is a high performance non-silicone defoamer for processing of goods in various machines like HT/HP , jet , package dyeing machine, close winches with nozzles and other high turbulent machines.

stages in garment processing .

Based on hydrocarbons.
Solubility Readily dispersible in water at room temperature.

Store in a cool dry place. Stable under normal conditions.

Application
1.Preparation of Solution
Sulfanol NSIL is diluted with cold water with good agitation and
prepared on a daily basis and diluted material should be used
within 24 hrs for best results.

2.Garment processing
0.01-0.5g/l Sulfanol NSIL can effectively control unwanted foaming
in garment dyeing.

3.Fabric processing
0.1-0.2 g/l Sulfanol NSIL have been found effective in scouring
and bleaching baths.

4.Polyester dyeing
0.1-0.2g/l Sulfanol NSIL is used in disperse dye bath to ensure
adequate foam control

5.Fabric printing
0.5-1.0g/l Sulfanol NSIL is added to print paste to avoid unwanted
foaming during printing .
